The Muckno Mania 2012 Sprint Triathlon was held on Saturday 14th July and proved to be another huge success.  This colourful and sportive spectacle took place on the grounds and surrounding areas of Lough Muckno.  Lough Muckno often described as the “Killarney of the North” which provides a magnificent setting for the event.

The Triathlon consisted of a 750m SWIM on the lake of Lough Muckno, 18km CYCLE and to finish a 5Km RUN  around the Forest Park.  All of which attracted large crowds of spectators along the routes cheering the Triathletes along the way.
